I have change user registration so that new users need admins to authorize their accounts before they can use them, this will hopefully lower the bots post around here, plus I figured most old members who will rejoin are already back so not much new legit accounts will be made so I will be able to keep up with it easy enough.
I know we have been having a recent thrill of bot attacks and a few of us have been away and they have gone a while without being deleted. I logged in just recently to check up on the place and cleared out a lot of them, let me know if you see any more.
Hi all, The latest version is out, mainly fixed up some big bugs and made a few balance changes. There's a new creep to fight thanks to Robot-dude.
As I was saying before Ikcilapmada's been playing around with the map also and had a go at having a character selection system. It works pretty well, but has a fair few bugs to iron out, so that isn't in this map yet.
I did copy 2 triggers from Ikc's edit for displaying death/leaving messages in a better way than it previously did, so thanks to him for that.
And yeh, in my previous announcement I might be releasing a quick fix map if anything weird happens with this one. In the mean time I'm gonna be looking at the SC2 editor as I need to start learning that now. The SC2 editor will allow some crazy new things for maps, can't wait too see what happens there.
We are aware of the increase of bots spamming on the forum and doing our best to prevent/clean up their posts, in the meantime we ask for no one to post in their threads since it takes more effort deleting them, if you want to you can msg one of us about any bot thread though I usually look through the forum daily and check up on new topics so will most likely be already aware of them
